Features

It is achievable at most to realize 576 kinds of distributions with 24 varieties of materials and 24 machines. 

Stroke proximity switch is adopted to detect cylinder rollback, ensuring the security of mechanism running. 

The station is controlled by central control board, making it possible to be applicable on the large-scale feeding systems. 

The number of distribution mechanisms can be reduced based on actual situations to lower costs. 

Two pipe diameters of material inlet and outlet s are available: 1.5-inch or 2-inch. 

Junction between moving mechanism and central tube is made from wear resistant soft plastics, making a long lifespan and good airtightness. 

Connecting pipes between moving mechanism and material inlet/outlet is made from high-abrasive material to ensure a long service life. 

Equipped with low air pressure alert, inadequate cylinder rollback alert and idle cylinder alert.
