Successful Application of SACC

Recently we have a client of Taiwanese enterprise. Specializing in manufacturing PET preform and oil bottle of domestic brands, the company exports most of their products to the US. Instead of mould dehumidifier, the company adopts Shini newly-developed SACC series to handle manufacture of PET preform. At present, the application turns out to be successful and is very suitable under muggy weather. Temperature in air outlet is normally 2~5℃ higher than water inlet due to cooling of water chiller.

Another company we are contacting is the plastic packing industry who mainly manufacturing film blowing machine, which produces high-class pro-environmental garbage bags. It is known that they have got three benefits via Shini SACC series:

Cold air in the chamber which is blown from air blower is used to cool moulds in the film blowing machine so that material can be crystallized fast and production efficiency has been improved compared with that of under normal temperature.

Cooling chamber helps to strengthen the intensity of films.

Cool the high temperature workshop environment and reduce temperature a lot around devices.
