Shini Finishes Fourth Quarter Training in 2011

Founded in 1969, Shini group has developed into a world-class corporation after dozens of years. During this period, Shini also cooperates with distributors all over the world. To fulfill the promise of heartfelt service, Shini always dedicates to preparing products training to allow distributors to exchange their opinions on how machines work.

 

The 5-day training began in 19th, Sep, 2011 in Shini Dongugan Corporate Technologies Center. Hosted by Technology Marketing Department, this training seminar attracts distributors from Malaysia, Vietnam, Russia, Central Asia and Sinkiang province.

 

All training contents are designed based on distributors’ demands and four parts are included such as introduction, model selection, operation and trouble-shooting. Machine models in the training cover eight series of Shini and extrusion series of Shini-Syncro. During the training seminar, distributors learn what they did not know about the machinery and exchange their experiences. To cater to distributors’ needs, Shini coordinates many departments like R&D, Electric control, Automation and Hot runner Departments to ensure the smoothness of training.

 

We not only provide materials through PowerPoint presentations but prepare machines in workshop to allow trainees to fulfill on the field operation. In this way combining theory and practice, Shini is trying to optimize training effects and consolidate what they learned during interpreting. As we cited above, some of questions put forward by distributors when they are contacting with customers are of vitally importance for Shini to improve service.

 

Shini never stops to thinks about how to improve services and providing a good training seminar is just one of methods we are heading towards. In the future, Shini plans to introduce an open-ended questionnaire to collect more cases and more precious experiences from distributors. Also Shini will take a deep research into machine design defects so as to improve machinery quality. Therefore, we are looking forward to hearing voices on how to better our services for you.
