Sharing 

With the flourishing of Chinas plastics industry chain, as well as the economy moves Chinese Government actively promoted, this year CHINAPLAS still achieved a breakthrough under the economic uncertainty with double-digit growth of exhibition area and exhibitors numbers. Compared with last session, 2012 CHINAPLAS exhibition area firstly reaches 210,000 square meters which is 17% more than the last session, and the exhibitors increased by 13%, attracting over 110,000 buyers from all over the world. More than 2,700 companies from 35 countries participated in this exhibition. In addition, the exhibition won a wide support from 13 pavilions which are from Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, China, Taiwan, Turkey, UK, US and the newly joined Thailand and South Korea, from which we can see that the globe economy takes an optimistic attitude to Chinese market and CHINAPLAS had also set seals on its international status.

The future is in plastic and rubber. As an effective communication platform for the plastics and rubber industries, CHINAPLAS has the mission to cultivate, develop and promote the Green” concept, which is both the forward-looking trend of the trade and a crucial element to the global environment. The future zone had been the limelight of the exhibition. It consisted of two parts: nurturing our future program and premium design gallery. Green technology and innovative design will be the focus of the future development and CHINAPLAS 2012.



Spotlight

This year Shini Group applied for two booths which separately located in E2P61 and W4J41 and with a total area of 237 square meters. E2P61 booth mainly displays automation robot series, hot runner series and Shni-Syncro extrusion series of products and W4J41 booth mainly introduces Shini’s new technology, new design and energy-saving series of products.

This time, Shini exhibit its new development of HDD-U Heatless Dehumidifying Dryer. Drying plastics material via compressed air and heatless dehumidify regeneration, being immune to ambient temperature and humidity; HDD-U can continuously provide low dew-point drying air to ensure stable and favorable drying. It is applicable for small batch drying of commonly-used engineering plastics such as ABS and PS, also suitable for pre-heating before plastics molding. Adopted PLC and P.I.D. control can provide an accuracy of ±0.1 ℃. Functions like air pressure monitor, overheat protection, warning system and automatic control of electricity consumption are also available.

SCD-ES All-in-One” compact dryers combine the functions of dehumidifying, drying and two-stage conveying into one single unit, specializing in the production of engineering plastics material such as PA、PC、PBT、PET. Among them optical type device is suitable for processing lenses, LCD backlight panel, compact discs, etc. Under right setup, it can provide lower than -40℃ dew-point dehumidified air. According to the influences regenerative temperature had on dew point, HDD-U set the dew point temperature range as +10℃~-40℃ to realize energy-saving. Set material volume each hour to 40% ~ 100% of the drying capacity and control the dry air volume by the frequency converter, so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy.

SGD Gravimetric Dosers are new products of dosing and mixing series which have masterbatch measurement and weigh rolled into one. They are applicable for auto-proportional mixing of masterbatch and additives. SGD is able to automatically monitor the addition of masterbatch and additives. Also it can fulfill automatic calibration when bulk density of material varies. With an accuracy of ±0.1~0.3%, SGD series dosers are suitable for auto-proportional mixing of virgin material, regrinds, masterbatch or additives.

STM-F series oil heaters adopt large-flow pumps with high stability, which is not only suitable for heating up moulds and maintaining temperature, but also for extrusion molding and applications alike. SIIC-A-R2 CFC-free refrigerant inverter air-cooled water chillers adopt environmental and energy-saving water control system, as well as Danfoss frequency converter and compressor which are able to reach the accuracy of water temperature control of ±0.1℃ with control ranging from 7 to 25℃. It can also automatically collocate with the load from 11 to 36kW.

In this exhibition, Shini also introduced its granulating and recycling system for large size of broken piece. SGS-80120150S single-shaft shredders had be showed with a PNL-MS-L4500 belt conveyor with metal detector, a SG-3675 sound-proof central granulator and a CB-36 up-feed belt conveyor as one unit had been used to shred extra thick, tough and large solid materials.



In the booth E2P61, the Automation apartment of Shini introduced several types of new robots: SS-550 swing-arm robot, three axes servo driven robot of ST3-700-1400T、ST3-1100-1800T and ST3-1800-2400LT-BC. The SS series robot is designed for rapid and precise removal of sprue and runner from injection molding machine, and place them into granulator for recycling. Designed with compact structure, elegant appearance, smooth motion and user friendly interface, SS series is welcomed by the majority of the customers. ST3-1100-1800T three axes servo driven robot (telescopic arm) is designed for rapid and precise removal of sprue and products from injection molding machine, and place them at desired locations. Designed with compact structure, elegant appearance, smooth motion and user friendly interface, ST3-T series is best suit for molds with hot runner system. ST3-1800-2400LT-BC series robots are suitable for injection molding machine with clamp forces of below 3600T respectively.

Hot runner department of Shini brought its self-made nozzles, cylinders, temperature controllers and timing controllers, etc.. In addition, there are products series from Shini-Syncro Extrusion, such as the most popular automatic air ring, thickness gauge, loss-in-weigh gravimetric batch blender and hopper, etc..
