Application of Shini Drying and Dehumidifying System

One technology enterprise in Guangzhou is a listed high-technology company which mainly engaged in research, production and sales of the modified high-performance plastics. It is the largest enterprise that produces the modified plastics in China. It is also one of the enterprises possess most completed varieties of the modified plastics.  

With headquarter of the enterprise located in Guangzhou science city, it has lots of subsidiaries at home and broad. For example, the subsidiaries in Guangzhou, Tianjin, Mianyang had ordered several sets of large drying and dehumidifying systems from Shini for drying and dehumidifying utilization. Large drying and dehumidifying systems are applied in the occasion requires high demands of the plastics and low dew-point temperature. It mainly includes the honeycomb-rotor dehumidifier and the heat-insulated drying hopper. Honeycomb-rotor dehumidifier is mainly used to handle strong hygroscopic engineering plastics to get high efficient dehumidifying. Under realistic conditions, its dew-point can reach down to -40℃ below and with maximum drying airflow can reach 4000m³/hr. Finally, moisture rate of the maximum dried materials can reach below 0.004% after they passed through the honeycomb-rotor dehumidifier. 

In every set of Shini drying and dehumidifying system that equipped with the separate-vacuum hopper loader SAL-UG and the vacuum-hopper receiver SMH for material loading to ensure the maximum output demands of the material. According to actual layout of customer’s workshop on spot, external structure of every drying hopper in drying system received customized processing correspondingly to guarantee the layout requirements in customer’s workshop. 

Each drying hopper has safety ladder and protective fence for equipment convenient repair and maintenance. Pneumatic butterfly valve equipped at the bottom of drying hopper to control the switch of material discharge port. 

At present, drying and dehumidifying system had been delivered to customers for 2-3 years and the equipment worked well in the process. Excellent material processing capability enhanced the production efficiency and products quality which not only satisfied the requirements but also received consistent high praises from the customers. It manifests that in plastic materials drying and dehumidifying processing field, Shini had already mastered the mature technologies extraordinarily.
