Exhibition Contents: Equipments for plastic and rubber, processing equipments for rubber and quality detecting instruments, plastic products plus plastic films, industrial chemicals for rubber processing, auxiliary materials, molds and accessories for rubber processing, rubber and plastic products.

Events Introduction: Since its first event in 1983, with steady growth, ChinaPlas has become Asian No.3 plastics and rubber trade fair. It is recognized by worldwide plastics and rubber technology suppliers as a strategic platform for expanding their market share and consolidating their market position in China and Asia.

 

 


Sharing
Exhibition area is more than 180,000 square meters, more than 2,400 exhibitors from 35 countries and regions have participated in the show. Pavilions from 11 countries and regions exhibit more than 1,900 units of rubber and plastic machines and all varieties of chemical engineering materials. Professional visitors person-time amounts to 94,000, 20 percent from overseas audience.
 
Exhibitors are famous brands at home and abroad including Akei, Avian, BASF, Borealis, Shini, Conair, Dow Chemical, Dupont, Engel, Exxon Mobil, Haitian, Huarong, Rapid, Jonwei, LANXESS and Liansu.

To propagate the importance of recycling and reusing and advocate sustainable development, sponsor used more than 3,000 discarded plastics bottles to pile up as a large artwork, which aims to stun visitors the power of recycle. Also sponsor is applying for Guinness world record for this special artwork.

 

 

 

In addition, Low Carbon Plastic Forum is held concurrently, subjects include Application of Biodegradable Plastics and Challenges of Sustainable Development, Reduce Carbon Release via Recycling Technology and Energy-saving Realize Resource Efficiency. From the macroscopic view, Forum looks into the environment, market trend and global standards, and shares experiences on research and technology from manufacturers. Finally, entrepreneurs share their experiences on the application. These contents fully embody Chinese 1025 Planning.

 

Spotlight

Shini group exhibits an overall series of newly launched technologies and products from almost a year including Auxiliary Equipments, Robots, Hot Runner System and Extruder control system.

Energy-saving and eco-friendly:
Shini launched a series of energy-saving and eco-friendly products in a row including Dehumidified Dryer SCD-ES, Vacuum Dryer SVD, Air-cooling Chamber SACC and Water Chillers adopting R410A SIC-R2. 


Plastics Recycling System:
Plastic manufacturers are always concerned about how to recycle material effectively. Accordingly, Shini showcased the large-scale shredding and recycling system, which is composed of belt conveyor with metal detector (used to convey wastes to shredders for initial cutting, then wastes are conveyed to central granulators to be cut as granule). 


Central material mixing and distribution:
Gravimetric blender SGB collocates with auto material distribution station to combine Central material mixing and distribution system, which realizes mixing and distribution of multiple material via dynamic demonstration.

Through controlling different connections between upper plus lower mechanisms and two ends of central tube, SMDS-AU-24 realizes connections between a variety of materials and destinations. It is mainly applicable on central feeding system, where multiple materials are automatically distributed via many IMMs. 


Novel control technology:
The exhibition saw Shini Mould Temperature Controller equipped with new controllers, whose functions include display and control of water supply, mould and back water temperature display. 3.2" LCD console display is adopted and supports English/Chinese shift, 7-day switch on/off is available and RS485 communication is optional.

 


New technologies of Automation

Both ST3-700-1400T-AC and ST3-1800-2400T-BC are equipped with servo driven devices, which is capable of realizing multiple-angle movements and products withdrawal and meeting the demand of embedding and stacking.

Side entering IML system SSl-1600 adopts console mode, overall height is low, separate from injection molding machine, immune to mechanical vibration frequency, transmission of parts are fulfilled by servo motor, position control is precise and feedback is swift. Servo driven stacking unit is adopted, applicable for clamping force 200T~350T and molding circle can be as short as 5 seconds.

Precise Extruder Control

Shini-Syncro, Shinis joint venture, exhibited SYpro Auto & eaSYmex, SYline-S-Master and eaSYbatch-S-4 in Chinaplas 2011.

SYpro Auto & eaSYmex is an integrated system for auto thickness control. It is suitable for all the lines of cooling blown film and controlling the thickness automatically. It is applicable for the production with the die diameter 220~550mm, maximum 40 control points and layfalt 600~1800mm.

SYline-S-Master is composed of vacuum loading hopper and loss-in-weight hopper. It is suitable for pipe, sheet and film production which need a gram/meter control. Its maximum output is 300kg/hr.

EaSYbatch series is suitable for the extrusion line on which material with several components need to be blended and distributed proportionally and precisely by weight, at the same time keeps a constant extrusion volume and gram/meter by controlling the screw and haul-off speed. Its maximum output is 260 kg/hr.
