Both NPE and CHINAPLAS in 2012 will play as an important platform for plastic and rubber manufacturers. Shini will showcase a number of up to date products concerning energy-saving, environmental friendly, granulating, blending and automation.

For energy-saving and pro-environment, SCD-ES series and SIC-R410A will be key products of Shini. Equipped with the adjustable setting of dew-point, SCD-ES is capable of self adjusting dew-point from -40℃ to +10℃, energy conservation up to 10%.

Also the drying capacity of SCD-ES is controllable, which means system can auto adjust drying air volume and energy consumption as long as users set material variety and usage. Material usage can be set 40%~100% of rated drying capacity and total power consumed can be saved 35%.

New HDD series adopts the design of compressed air plus heatless air dryer, being immune to ambient temperature and humidity and the low dew-point drying air (-40~-60°C) ensures the stable and favorable drying. Energy consumption can be saved 35% compared with conventional dehumidifiers.

SIC-W-R410A, self designed and produced by Shini, adopts environmental refrigerant R410A with energy efficiency up to 4.7, reaching China Level 2 energy efficiency standard. System is equipped with hot air by-pass return circuit to ensure temperature control accuracy of ±1℃.

SIC-A-R410A series also adopts new refrigerant R410A and uses frequency conversion with energy efficiency up to 3.0, reaching China Level 2 energy efficiency standard. Temperature control accuracy is ±0.1℃.

How to recycle plastics in an effective way always tops the attentions for many plastic producers. Considering this, Shini will launch large plastic recycle system accordingly in 2012, which consists of Single-shaft SGS-120150S plus Metal Detector with Conveyor PNL-MS-4500 and Sound-proof Central Granulator SG-3675, crushing tubing with maximum diameter up to 700 mm.

For the material proportional mixing, Shini not only showcases conventional blending equipment of SGB series and other conveying devices, but introduces dosers SGD series with weighing meter. High precise weighing sensor can reach the accuracy of 0.1g to ensure adding accuracy of masterbatch and additives.

As for Automation, Shini will launch ST3-700-1400T series equipped with the imported servomotor. Suction pan and fixture are all driven by cylinder to ensure stable overturn and precise positioning. Robot arms run fast and stably via imported wire steel belt.
