Gravimetric Blender SGB Applied in Spinning Industry

One enterprise in Hebei founded in 1998 was mainly engaged in production, sales of various protective screenings for roads, railways, airports, municipal infrastructure, communities, and wire-mesh products as urban highway barriers. Covering 33,000 square meters, it is a Standing Member of Chamber of Commerce in Industrial & Commercial Association and Quality Assurance. 

One of its main businesses is to product shade cloth, which is made of rubber thread formed by extruder. This series of products are mainly for exports, which have strict requirement, with looms are all the imported brands. They employ 15 drawing- machine production lines to produce flat and round silk. And the initial products have two ingredients: material and master-batch with 4~6% additive proportion. After further discussion, we suggested to equip one set of Gravimetric Blender SGB-600-4 for each drawing machine, as to achieve accurate proportional mixing of the two ingredients.    


 Shini Gravimetric Blender could mix up to 8 ingredients accurately and process varieties of materials. Built-in metering valve makes neat machine appearance, and advanced algorithmic programs ensure minimal material additive proportion of 0.2% and mixing accuracy of ±0.1%, which could satisfy the highly-accurate mixing requirement. The whole machine adopts fully automatic design and no need of manual manipulation that can achieve full automatic production, which would stop production according to preset output automatically. Standard equipped with control function of Vacuum Generator SVG and Hopper SHR-U-ST. For achieving auto conveying function, it could option with SVG and SHR-U-ST by simple circuit and pipeline connection, which could fulfill centralized control of conveying system with easy operation. 


Customers also could process remote monitoring for several sets of SGB through provided remote monitoring software. Based on Windows platform, this software can run without installation, which could be easily understood and used by customers over Ethernet communication. Real-time running data of SGB could also be achieved by this software, and saved in Excel that is great convenient for data analysis process.
