Successful Application of SDL-U-HD

Equipped with heatless regeneration device, using pressure absorbing principle to realize regeneration, to deliver constant low dew-point air for material drying, to shorten the drying time and reduce the cost. Comparing with traditional dryer, drying time is shortened with good drying effect, not affected by humidity of the environment. Less energy consumption than honeycomb dehumidifier. It is the best choice for drying engineering plastics, which requires low humidity air, and traditional dryer is able to dry.


SDL-U-HD series are suitable for drying engineer plastics with a relatively high requirement about moisture content such as ABS, PC, PE, PVC, PBT; and they can be mounted directly on the molding machine. Or floor stand is optional and collocate with loaders to convey material to molding machines.


HAD Working principle:


 


Compressed air flows into HAD by the rear inlet filter (11), and through the pneumatic control valve (6 or 5) then gets into drying tank (1 or 2). After dried by absorbent coat, it gets out from the non-return valve (9 or 10) and is expelled as dry and purified air after being filtered by the outlet filter (12). Small amount of the air (about 15%) flows into drying tower through the air restrictor (8) and gets into drying tank (2 or 1), and regenerates the saturated absorbent repeatedly. It passes through the pneumatic control valve (3 or 4) and gets out from the muffler (7). The two tanks (1 and 2) operate and regenerate alternately.
