Solemn Declaration
In the law case of Sintd plastics technologies co., LTD infringing on the trademark right of Shini Group, now both sides has reached a settlement as below:
1. Sintd platics technologies co., LTD stop using the registered trademark of Shini Group or trademarks similar to Shini trademark, on any of their commodities of the same classifications with Shini, writing papers ,quotations and all the publicity materials etc.
2. Sintd plastics technologies co., LTD stop using the fonts and size of the chinese name “中山市信易電熱機械有限公司 (www.dgshini.com)”， otherwise, it shall be investigated for legal responsibility for trademark infringement of Shini Group.
