2013 Quarter 3 Issue 16 Message from the Chief Editor
Activities held simultaneously each year was a focus in the industry. Shini group chose this exhibition as the best time to release its fire-new brand image to the visitor from all over the world. Highlighted in its brand value of “Simple Solution”, together with technical rationality and precision, Shini presented its high-end positioning of products and its industrial characteristics. On the site, from the style of booth construction to the image of the staff, from the appearances of the products to the modification of deeper functional design and operation methods, the core brand value “Simple Solution” was always there, easily shown and felt. With the releasing of new brand image, Shini also brought its latest products from which we can see the powerful R&D capacity. Gravimetric doser SGB, Loss-in-weight feeder SLWF, a full system of automation picking and packing equipments, as well as side entry robot SSE are all presented at the show which all spoke volumes for the advanced technology which Shini had achieved in precision and automation.
During starve feeding, the front end of the molding machine screw is not fully filled. When the material is preheated by the screw, vapor will escape from the material inlet. Therefore, products problems such as air bubble, silver streaks and clouding can be decrease greatly. In this issue, View of Shini will particularly report loss-in-weight feeder of SLWF series.
In the plastic injection molding cycle, while chilling water being introduced, there will be moisture condensation on mould’s surface, since the surface temperature of mould is lower than the surrounding air temperature after being cooled by chilling water. Moisture condensation may severely affect products’ quality and production efficiency. The most simple and effective way to avoid moisture condensation is to make the temperature of air surround the mould’s surface lower than the one of mould’s surface.
