    SAL-U series self-contained hopper loaders are Euro design with stainless steel hopper to avoid material contamination. In addition, it has an attractive appearance, a sound-proof motor cover to reduce noise level and a top handle to enable convenient movement. Also the remote operation has been realized by using a detachable control panel.

    • SAL-1U~SAL-12U (- E) adopts high-speed and compact carbon brush motor with large airflow that makes it easy to move and install the machine.
    • The controller has independent mixing and shut-off output function, which can directly control the proportional valve SPV-U and shut-off valve SBU.
    • Freely adjustable hopper and base.
    • LCD displayer and microcomputer controller give intuitive status display and easy operation;
    • Equipped with RS485 interface allows for better monitoring and displaying of on-site production status.  
    • SAL-U adopts reed switch, and SAL-U-E adopts photosensor switch detection to ensure
    • sensitive induction and stable quality.
    • All models equipped with hinge hopper cover for convenient filter screen cleaning.
    • SAL-U series are equipped with cloth filter and auto-purging device to reduce the number of machine cleanings.
    • Equipped with online switch, allowing for convenient machine operation when it is mounted at high places.
    • The neon light strip provides clear and intuitive machine status: (red) in alarming, (green) in running, (yellow) in standby.
