The New Technology of Shini Water Chiller

Shini Water Chiller has experienced the total of two generation products since it is launched and produced. As to meet the increasing demands from customer, we introduced the new technology innovatively as to catch up with the time. Shini new generation of Water Chiller is now under the research and development as a raging fire. Riding on the innovation surging waves of refrigerant technology, and holding more stricter requirement of the design, the launch of Shini new generation Water Chiller can be expected soon. Herein, I’m looking forward to sharing the technology features of Shini new generation Water Chiller with you as following: 

The reliability and stability of machine will largely be improved.

The reliability and stability are the  important technical parameters of product, which key lie in the integration level between  actual product and expected design. It makes product working state in different conditions critically on the basis of designer’s ideal.
 
The new generation of Shini Water Chiller will improve its reliability form the root. It employs the most reliable brand of compressor, HITACHI and Copeland in the field. Considering the application environment of user, we recommended the  chilling water for inlet temperature of 20℃/68 ℉and outlet temperature of 15℃/59 ℉which are more suitable for industrial environment. The temperature of cooling water conforms to China standard for inlet temperature of 30℃/86℉, and outlet temperature of 35℃/95 ℉. 

Accordingly, we further designed the refrigerant system, strengthened its safe reliability of each component, and devised the sub-cooled value of condenser in optimal range to ensure the heat-exchange ability. The superheat value should also be controlled in optimal range, which can’t be too small, as to avoid liquid shock occurring phenomenon, and make it work in no risk working statue by protecting its compressor. Meanwhile, it can’t be too large, as to properly cool down the compressor for better use of  the refrigerant and heat-change area. 

The optimal safety range we mentioned here has  evidence to follow, it has been proved by the real data from numerous experiments repeatedly. Each property and all the safety parameters are tested in high temperature when machine overload or in low temperature when machine under-load, with testing control temperature accuracy of ±0.1℃/0.18℉. All above conditions ensure the real data feedback during stable operation. Meanwhile, by repeating debugging for optimization, the premium solution of design is achieved. Besides, by stationary high/low pressure controller restricting the maximum  and minimum pressure, it prevents machine “aberration”. We have reasonably designed the safety coefficient for extreme working conditions other than improving the compressor’s working condition for its reliability and stability by the restrictions. In this way,  the safe operation space is increased as  to achieve the purpose of stability improving. 

Take the advantage as much as possible, and optimize the performance to improve efficiency. 

In system design, the capacity and function of each refrigeration component have been sufficiently utilized and developed. By our systematically strict design, calculation and proper matching each component, it gives full play to the performance, which strengthened all machine performances. In condition that chilling water for inlet water of 20℃/68 ℉ and outlet water of 15℃/59 ℉, we preferentially designed the condensing and evaporating temperature of system, with increased distance and improved utilization efficiency. Therefore, it exceeds the highest energy efficiency ratio of the first level in energy consumption of China standard, which maximally improved the energy utilization rate and made Shini Water Chiller more of market competitiveness.  

Adopt micro-computer control to achieve the unified control.  

With optimization of single function on current control plane, we adopt the large decent LCD screen for display. The intelligent microcomputer controller increased the display functions with integrated digital control. Meanwhile, it also prepared for further developing of Shini sLink technology in the age of industry 4.0.  

Adopt alternative-speed control blower, optimize the machine reliability and reasonability to make use of environmental factor.  

Most of the customers are using the Water Chiller all the year round. However, the local climate is always changing. If there’s large temperature difference within a day, in summer and winter or even in the extreme weather, it leads to extreme working condition of the condenser consequently. When environment temperature is too high, it uses high speed of air flow to satisfy machine heat-dissipation requirement for sufficient heat-exchange purpose, which also avoids the over high pressure risks. When environment temperature and high-pressure is too low, the refrigerant effect will decrease. At this moment, the blower activates low speed operating mode to maintain high pressure, sustaining system working in premium state. It ensures the refrigerating capacity, with improved stability and decreased  energy consumption.  

Adopt highly reliable water-cooled tube and shell heat exchanger.

The water-cooled tube and shell heat exchanger features excellent performance with more skillful technology and higher reliability. It has already been introduced in the large refrigerant system by lots of countries for a long time, which is well-received by customers. With long-time development and improvement, its manufacturing technology has reached the advanced level. The tube and shell heat exchanger has sufficient heat-exchange chamber offering enough space for heat exchange, which could satisfy the running condition and hydraulic impact in stricter demanding. In addition, it could withstand greater risks, such as corrosion and freezing as to reduce the influence of complex water quality during heat exchange for the safety. 

Use large-capacity of water tank to make uniform and constant temperature.

Equip with self mixing and blending water tank to effectively balance the water temperature. It conforms to corresponding compressor maximum capacity in design, and enables the compressor continuous operation, prolongs service life and makes it easier to maintain the stable water temperature. After elaborately optimized design of water tank, by the turnover function, which made water inside tank continuously mixing and blending with uniform temperature. Collocated with optimized structure and production process, it ensures the machine always working in reliable zone, and provides constant temperature of chilling water. The water tank, with large capacity to fully satisfy the heat-exchange calculation, makes the compressor continuous running after loading. The reasonable and stable output is good for compressor oil return, which ensuring the lubrication effect with largely improved service life of product. 

Optimized structure and design 

Shini new generation Water Chiller is designed with compact and miniaturized structure, towards the direction of space utilization improvement, as well as reasonable design of pipeline layout, it greatly optimizes the structure and design to prevent the dust invading into the fin-style condenser, which is better for parts maintenance and replacement. It reduces product occupation, makes space utilization increasing that is convenient for customer’s transportation, installation and placing. 

In addition, the shock absorber copper pipeline of refrigerant system after repeated experiments and design optimization is able to weaken the vibration and eliminate the welding parts damage due to vibration.  

Optimize the water pipe and add the fixing design of water pipe externally to obtain more reliable solidity and stability assuredly. Meanwhile, adopt the plastic pipe never rusted in long service life to prevent the rusting after using for a long time, which polluting and deteriorating the water quality. It alleviates the machine weight at the same time. 

With control box water-proof design, it ensures the safety of machine outdoor application, which adapting to more and even harsh nature environment. Shini Water Chiller has been continuously improved and innovated since it was developed. We believe that the Shini new generation Water Chiller after the elaborate design and repeated experiments will be supportive for high-efficient loading, and could bring the rest assured experience for the customer in the application.
