One Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. in Guiyang mainly produces automobile interior and exterior accessories, and plastic parts for the engine compartments. In this case, Shini provides the customer with a whole plant solution of the water, electricity and central conveying system to work with eight sets of 2000T horizontal IMMs.



The material room is designed with two layers of steel structure platforms by welding, according to customer's demands, which places the material handling equipment, such as Dryers, Control Station, and Roots blowers on the second floor; and the material storage tank with other storage devices on the first floor. It integrates drying, storage and material conveying so that the customer only needs to feed the material storage tank manually. Based on actual demands, the system can switch the materials correctly and run automatically via the material distribution station and control station, significantly improving productivity with less labor cost.



The overhead layout of stainless steel material pipes makes the plant clean and neat and takes full advantage of the injection molding workshop where the material pipes are correctly assembled with the water pipes. Moreover, the integrated portal support keeps all the pipes in good order.

The water, electricity, and gas facilities are all grouped outside the injection molding workshop, which is isolated from the noise and heat source to keep a good working environment. Besides, two variable frequency air compressors can process auto adjustment from the gas consumption, providing sufficient compressed air for the whole workshop to achieve the operation with less energy consumption. The round air pipe and air storage tank in the middle that echoes with the air storage tank in the workshop maintains constant pressure.



In the light of this technology, the water system is divided into two parts: cooling water and chilled water system. The cooling water is cooled down by the cooling tower to supply the water required by the IMM and Central Water Chiller, and a set of Water-cooled Central Water Chiller provides the chilled water for the workshop. Also, the 10T heat insulation water tank ensures stable working conditions of the water chiller with the least refrigerant loss, which improves the reliability of the system. The pipeline of the whole water system adopts three groups of pumps with backups, enabling fast switching in case of the abnormality.



The cables are laid to the whole workshop by plastic sprayed slot connections and then connected to each power distribution cabinet through upper inlet and outlet mode. The floor mount cabinet is reasonability arranged with customized air switch design can maintain efficient and reliable operation of the electrical equipment in the workshop.
