Automation in Automobile Plastic Parts Manufacturing

After the equipment is put into use, the manipulator is stable in operation, and the cycle time of the injection molding machine is unified, the production efficiency and quality are obviously improved, and the customer is very satisfied.

Shini ST5 robot is designed to take out products and runners from injection molding machine, it can be divided to single-stage arm and telescopic-arm. They are suitable for 2-plate mold, 3-plate mold and hot-runner system. Capable of arranging, stacking, quality checking, insert-loading and other applications. It’s suitable for injection molding machine under 850T clamp force.
