Perfect Integration of the Water Electricity Loop and Central Conveying System

A Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou is a high-tech biomedical company specialized in R&D, production, and marketing of blood purification products. Through decades of fast development, it has grown to a well-known company of blood purification in China.

In the mid of this year, the company has reached a cooperation agreement with Shini. Our system designer made an overall program for seven sets of blow molding machines that improved the workshop environment and space use ratio. The centralize system integrated the water, electricity, and gas as well as the central material handling system. After several field surveys, technical and practical verifications, the system engineers finally worked out the solution according to the data collected. Besides, the engineer kept close communication with the field staff and client in later construction.  The team perfectly finished the project, which has been highly approved by the customer. It is said the customer: "Shini did a wonderful job for the project that just like a work of art."



The central material handling system services the seven sets of blow molding machines, thus achieving the functions of storage, central conveying, inline recycling, and full automatic proportional measurement of material. The system includes three materials: material A, material B, and sprues, which do not need further dry process. The storage tank at the beginning of the system has the right operating height for maximum convenience with the operator's material adding process. Besides, there are two indoor silos in the material room to store materials and three sets of SGB gravimetric blenders used for weighting and mixing of material. The SGB can auto compensate the recycled materials. When recycled materials are insufficient, they will be replaced by virgin materials automatically. Moreover, all plastic wastes generated by the blow molding machines will be directly delivered to the cutting room by the belt conveyor for instant centralized granulating. The granules will be kept in the storage tank temporarily via the blower. Several SCVG central vacuum generators connect this independent equipment, along with four SCSF central filters for centralized conveying. The conveying system dramatically improves the conveying efficiency and automation level, greatly reducing the labor cost. The conveying operation is centrally controlled via SCCS control station with 10.4 inch HMI to monitor the conveying system in the production.



The water and electricity engineers technically design the central cooling water system, secondary power distribution system, and the compressed gas system. Among them, the central cooling water system uses indirect cooling mode, and the temperature and flow control technology via plate exchange can realize closed-loop control. With the chilled outlet water, it can adjust different water temperatures to meet the process requirements of different chilled and cooling water temperatures.

With several decades' development, Shini has accumulated rich experiences of the plastic process technology that can satisfy different market demands and provide the customer with excellent solutions.
