It's a moment of great pride and joy to be standing here today as we celebrate yet another milestone in the journey of Shini Plastics Technologies India Pvt Ltd. Foundation Day is not just about marking the passage of time – it's about reflecting on how far we've come, and more importantly, where we're headed together.

When we began this journey back in 2009, we had a clear vision – to bring cutting-edge plastic auxiliary technology to India and to support the growing manufacturing ecosystem with world-class solutions. From our first steps in Vasai to establishing our state-of-the-art facility in Chakan, Pune, the road has been challenging, but incredibly rewarding.

Today, looking around this room, I see not just employees – I see pioneers, innovators, and partners in this incredible story we've been writing together. Over the years, we've grown to become a key part of the global SHINI Group, a brand known and respected worldwide for its excellence and commitment in the plastics industry, SHINI's legacy of over 50 years continues to inspire our every move.

Here in India, we've built more than just machines. We've built trust. Our lineup – from Hopper Dryers to Gravimetric Blenders, from Chillers to Servo Robots – is designed not just to serve the industry, but to shape its future. But beyond the equipment, it's our people who truly power this organization. Each of you brings skill, dedication, and heart to the table every day – and that's what truly sets us apart.

I want to acknowledge the efforts of our more than 100 team members, whose energy and enthusiasm fuel our daily success. From technical training to team-building, from innovation to implementation – you all play a vital role.

As we move forward, our eyes are on the future – on automation, innovation, and finding smarter, greener ways to serve our customers. The Indian market is growing rapidly, and we are more than ready to grow with it – because our foundation is strong, our direction is clear, and our purpose is shared.
