Respectable leaders, visiting guests and colleagues of Shini Group,

Good afternoon!

Its my pleasure to represent Shini Group to warmly welcome and extend the sincere regards and heartfelt gratitude to our VIP from China as well as overseas and all relatives and friends to participate in Shini Pinghu factory inauguration and Shini Group 41st anniversary ceremony.

In terms of the entire market economy A.D. 2009 is extraordinary. Facing the global financial crisis, Shini adjusted business strategy promptly and looked for opportunities in the crisis. Shini maintained a steady development under the support and concern of local government and friends around the world. It is pride of Shini and all colleagues. Because of your company and paying the tireless efforts and innovation for the stable development of Shini we can get through the crisis. I hereby represent Shini Group to thank you all colleagues of Shini that you have been working very hard.

In 2006 Shini Group made a significant decision to set up a factory in Pinghu economic development zone near Shanghai. Pinghu is not only easily accessible but owns a good investment environment. We held the foundation stone laying ceremony on November 9th, 2007, which unveiled the curtain of Shini Pinghu factorys construction program formally. On August 26 of 2009, we completed the first stage of planned main framework, and the whole covering area is up to more than 36,000 square meters now. We highly appreciate Pinghu governments support and a series of incentive policies in tax revenue, land acquisition and factory building, etc., which enabled us to come this far in only two years time.

While we were building our Pinghu factory, we also worked on the large expansion projects in our Taipei and Dongguan factories. In July of 2009, in order to realize speedy delivery to meet India markets demand and offer complete service, Shini Group set up its first overseas modernized manufacturing plant in Mumbai, India. Till early 2010, Shini Groups total existing and newly built manufacturing area takes up to more than 110,000 square meters, which is 2 times bigger than what it originally has. With Taiwan, Dongguan, Ningbo, India and Pinghu, the five manufacturing sites will greatly increase Shini Groups capacity and allow us to offer all series of plastics auxiliary machines and fast service in a better and more complete way to all our customers.

From 1969 till now, ShiniI has gone through 41 years trials and hardships. Every step we moved ahead and all our development are full of Shini peoples sweat and intelligence. Year 2010 is the 41st year in Shinis development history. However, it is just the starting point for our Pinghu factory. As the international economy begins to warm up, I am sure that it will bring Shini a lot of new opportunities and new challenges.

I hope all our employees have the mindset of taking on challenges, own the confidence of dealing with frustrations, equip with the courage of facing all the difficulties and have the insight and ambition of pioneering! I also hope all of you can put the growth of your personal value into the synchronous development of the enterprise, and regard "contributing to the enterprise" as building your platform of accomplishing your career dream.

In the face of the new starting point, I am deeply convinced that Shini will be more harmonious, more remarkable and more brilliant among the competition and challenge, the difficulty and opportunity, and the striving and fulfilling.
