How to define a good drying and dehumidifying equipment? How to dry the material to achieve optimal effect?

 

Good drying and dehumidifying equipment can not only achieve the drying effect, but also outstanding in energy-saving aspect. Shini all-in- one” compact dryer is one representative. The dryer combines dehumidifying, drying and conveying all into one unit and realize the automation of plastic pre-processing. In the current technology, dehumidifiers can effectively remove the moisture in the plastic materials. However, the regeneration temperature constantly remains high when processing plastics which need not so low dew-point temperature, a lot of electrical power may lost. Then the traditional drier is always at the full load even when the processed material reduces which again causes energy waste and also the plastic materials in the drying hopper may be degraded due to overdrying. What’s more, traditional dehumidifying drier need cooling water to take away the heat of the damp and hot return air and the regeneration hot air is directly exhausted to the open air which rises up the ambient temperature. All in all, power consumption of traditional dehumidifying dryer is at the highest of full load, the energy utilization ratio is low.

Shini dehumidifying and drying system adopts dew-point monitor to timely detect the dew-point of the drying air. By setting dew-point temperature to control the regeneration temperature that the dehumidifying process need, the water ratio of the drying air is precisely controlled and the regenerated power consumption is maximized.

 

Crystallizer is very important equipment in plastic dehumidifying and drying. How does Shini crystallizer corporate with the system to accurately detect and finish operation with high efficiency and quality?

 

When Shini crystallizer works together with the dehumidifying and drying system, there will be a material tank with a heat-insulated high level sensor under the crystallizer to store materials after crystallizing. When drying hopper is empty, the crystallized material in the tank will be sucked into the hopper. Rotary valve of the crystallizer is controlled by the temperature of the air at the air outlet to ensure that the materials discharged to the tank are fully crystallized. Thus the high-efficiency high quality crystallization is achieved.

The whole unit can save 70% energy at the most.
