New Two-stage Dehumidifier with Ultra-low Dew-point

Shini newly launched dehumidifier with ultra-low dew-point temperature is suitable for applications with driers to process plastic materials with high hygroscopicity, especially for applications like plastic spinning and film.

 

This dehumidifier adopts molecular sieve honeycomb rotor which is specially produced by crystallizing molecular sieve on fiber glass structure to effectively improve the moisture absorption ability and prolong the service life. Differs from the tube-filled or disc type molecular sieve, the new molecular sieve will not age and produce dust and in succession pollute the material. In addition, the new machine adopts two-stage dehumidifying to provide drying air with dew-point temperature no higher than -60℃.
 

Features of dehumidifiers with ultra-low dew-point:

 

• The regeneration air of the dehumidifier is cooled and dehumidified by the regeneration cooler inside the machine, so it is free from the influence of ambient temperature and humidity, the dew-point temperature of the drying air is much more stable.

• The regeneration exhaust air of honeycomb 2 is used as the regeneration air for honeycomb 1 which realizes heat recycling and saves energy.

• With fin-type heat exchanger, the heat exchange efficiency is high.
• Adopt control valve to automatically adjust the chiller water volume and optimize the energy utilization.
• Adopt individual high-pressure centrifugal blower which can provide large quantity air with little windage and low power consumption.
• Adopt chain transmission with high bearing capacity and long lifespan.
• Adopt high-temperature high efficiency filter which can bear a temperature of 250℃ for a long time, made from flame retardant glass fiber filter material, the filter operates safely. The filter accuracy is 0.3μm and the efficiency can reach 99.995%.
