Successful Case of Gravimetric Dosers SGD

Over the years, Shini RD department keep developing according to the clients’ requirements and changes. Gravimetric Dosers SGD is produced by basing on original Volumetric Doser SCM with some changes in structural principles. It combines load cell and PLC program.  Gravimetric Dosers SGD is suitable for quantitative feeding and mixing of master batch, additive and recycled materials. It usually requires high accuracy of measuring and mixing of master batch and high degree of stability as well as coherence of products’ color and quality. It can prevent master batch’s feeding from being affected by human factor.


 

One corporation in Shenzhen, which covers an area of 50,000 square meters, had been built in March of 2005. It’s one subordinate company of a large foreign multinational group, the biggest hanger manufacture in the world, Mainetti Group, which has their subordinate companies over more than 40 countries and regions around the world and mainly produces hangers. It started applying Gravimetric Dosers SGD into production of colorful SIZE sign in March of 2013 out of the following two reasons: First, to avoid batch aberration which caused by man-controlled stir and to replace SCM to meet the requirement of stability of micro products as well as to avoid the complexity of calculating when changing color master batch (SCM is compact; the weigh of each mould is 40g and the one of matching color master batch is about 0.5-0.7g of each mould) ; second, comparing with the same kind of famous foreign products, our product price is lower and our products’ cost performance is competitive, which can meet clients’ needs as well as help them save purchase cost. Besides, it ensure the stability of products’ color, which realizes clients’ desired effect, by allowing frequently changing color master batch and accurately input matching data.

2. Simple procedures are easily accepted and mastered by first-line workers.

 

3. Operating process: Adjust scale(First time for using) —— Manually operate screw for 50 seconds to release color master batch to weigh —— Setting total weight of each mould’s molding products and sprue —— Setting proportion of color master batch —— Setting plasticizing time —— Input and save the data then it’s ready to produce. The last two steps all can get from related designers and system of injection molding machine. The whole procedure which is mechanically input is easy and simple to understand.

 

4. Save recipe database so as to smooth later operation.
