Shini Robot Successful Application in Auto Parts

Since February 2012, this company bought Shini 5 sets ST3 large telescopic robot and 2 sets ST2-1100-1800T robot. All robots performance and quality are outstanding.
The ST3 series robot is designed for rapid and precise removal of products form injection molding machine. Telescopic arms are selectable to cooperate with 2-plate mold or hot runner system. Capable of arranging, stacking, quality checking and in mold placement. The ST3 large telescopic robot suitable for injection molding machine clamp force form 650T to 3600T.
The ST3 large telescopic robot can option B and C servo axes, capable of stacking and in mold inserting functions. Servo control, products can rotate vertical or horizontal.
The ST3 large telescopic robot also can option pneumatic A axis. Robot with pneumatic A axis rotate 90 degree, then place products at conveyor or worktable. The belt conveyor width can choose the smallest, save more rooms.
