Application of Shini Central Conveying System in Blowing Molding Equipments

There’s a company in Jiangsu province which is the comprehensive enterprise mainly engaged in R&D, production and sales of automobile oil sensor, thick film circuit and all kinds of automobile plastic parts. It’s the largest manufacturing enterprise which produces automobile oil sensor within China. The enterprise locates in Yangzhou city and had applied Shini central conveying system from 2012. As to expand the enterprise, 16 blowing molding machines are in planning and sent to branch factory located in Yantai, Qingdao city which is now under construction. 


At present, 8 blowing machines have been put into production as planning for the first term. Regarding to production requirement and blowing machine working circumstance of the company, Shini knows about that the client needs to granulate and recycle sprue of the products instantly and add the master batch. What’s more, the molding machine features a large amount of material required in the production. 

For above features, Shini R&D team programs to utilize powder vacuum hopper SHR-P-30U with proportional valve SPV-50U-C in every blowing machine. By proportional granulated materials discharged form granulator and raw material, the powder hopper ensures the powder in granulated materials can also be used and it can protect the conveying blower.  

As mixing base of doser has low volume which can’t satisfy material quantity of blowing machine used in one term, installing the single-color doser SCM under powder hopper and its master batch feeding will result material, granulated material and master batch in uneven mixing and bring about defective products. So install a special mixing hopper of 30L volume under the doser can provide the buffer to ensure material in even mixing. The designed volume of special mixing hopper can be customized as material practical quantity and it equipped with cleaning door, supporting frame. According to plasticizing signal of machine to set the mixing time or utilize the switch to process constant mixing. 

The entire system possesses simple operation and meets customer’s requirement. It improves environment of the workshop and saves the labor, material and energy.
