Shini Welcomes New Year Gala Evening and Year-end Party

As 2011 Spring Festival is quickly approaching, Shini organized its own Gala Evening in the afternoon on 14th January in order to reward staff for their dedications throughout past year. Not only are wonderful talent shows presented but delicacies are prepared for all of Shini members. And the most exciting activity should be the lottery drawing that night, which pleasantly surprised lots of lucky dogs.

Before Gala Evening started, Mrs. Jenny, Assistant General Manager of Administrative department reviewed shared what Shini has achieved last year along with all staff. In the reports Mrs. Jenny mentioned that Shini has currently finished the construction of "One-stop shopping" for plastics auxiliary equipments and she was glad to declare that Shini managed to fulfill the plans and quotas concerning sales, production capacity and R&D with some tasks outperforming that of last year! In the final part of report, Mrs. Jenny also made an outlook for the development in 2011.

Afterwards, Gala Evening unveiled its beginning with lovely kids dancing to music: Song of Shini. Mr. I-Fun Wu, Chairman of board, along with General Manager Kenny, Secretary and mayor of Dalang town and President of Taiwan Merchant Association was present to express their good wish for Shini group. Mr I-Fun Wu especially gave his gratitude for efforts of Shini staff to accomplish such a great achievement, he also showed welcome for government leaders on behalf of Shini group. Then Mr. Fu, Mayor of Dalang made a speech in which he paid a high tribute to Shini group as one of international enterprises and leading enterprises in domestic industries. Appreciation from Mayor to Shini received a big applause from staff.

Actors participating in the show, which lasted nearly three hours, include Shini employees and their family members with their impressive performances. Some sang songs and danced and others stunned audiences with fashion show or dramas still others played instruments with songs or gather for chorus. And it was lottery draw that made Gala evening more cheering when lots of employees became lucky ones to get rewards. What was the new for the show was that all plans of stage designing, scheme preparing were fared by Shini instead of cooperating with Artist Management Company. In respect to forms, qualities and costumes of the play, Shini really finished a project as outstanding as professional planers did. At length, there were five best performances chosen by judges including Snow White from Corporate Technology Center, group dancing of NOBODY and short act of Dating Agency both from Administrative Department, Everybody Come Along from Production Department and Sister in Army from Sales Department.

The grand celebration of Shini did not com over with shows because there was Year-end party. Apart from the delicacies of beverages, sweets and desserts, generous prizes were also there for solacing employees. Laptop, digital camera and mountain bike drove almost everyone cheerful into wild joys then Shini Year-party ended up with such a harmony and happy atmosphere.
