Successful Application of ST3 Robots in Xinkang Company

Xinkang Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. is located in Huadong Road, Ronggui Town, Shunde District, Foshan City in Guangdong Province. It is a sole proprietorship enterprise mainly engaged in pharmaceutical packing which includes solid high-density polyethylene bottles for oral medicines, PET bottles for solid and fluid medicines and so on.

With continuous advancement of molding technologies in China, the hot runner mould has been widely used in various plastics companies. The number of products of each mould is increasing from two, four to eight and even more. Because artificial efficiency was unable to meet production requirements, the general manager of Xinkang paid a visit to our company and ordered two sets of three axes servo driven robot for a casting of 48 bottles of each moulsd and removing bottle caps.
