The Application of Central Material Processing System in Food Packaging Industry

A Nanchang Industrial Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in the production of plastic products, including PET preform, bottle caps and handles, measuring cups, food package and so on. It is able to produce performs of complete sizes that are widely used in the  medical chemicals, mineral water, beverages, fruit juice, oils, daily chemical washing products and other beverage food package enterprises.

To meet the production demands, the customer needs a set of central material processing system in the new workshop. This system can handle PP, PET, LDPE, HDPE, PET and other materials, and it is capable of dosing maximum 30 sets of injection molding machines, and processing drying, mixing and central conveying of the materials.

According to the actual demands, it divides the material room into two areas based on different properties of the plastic products for material drying and mixing separately. The drying system plan makes full use of existing drying equipment of the customer, and adds two Hopper Dryers SHD-4000U for the effective drying. Besides, it also employs the “Standard” Vertical Mixer SVM-3000U to make proportional mixing of the HDPE, LDPE, PP materials as required, which adopts simultaneous feeding and mixing operations to reduce the work intensity. Moreover, it’s easy to achieve remote quick debugging and program downloading of the conveying system with the help of the smart remote module.
