“All-in-One” Compact Dryer SCD-230U/120H-ES


The low carbon footprint dehumidifying dryer[Shini "All-in-One" Compact Dryer] is equipped with an "industrial heat exchanger with regeneration heater, and inverter technology," which can save total up to power consumption up of 41% while ensuring effective drying of the materials.

What is the secret of such a powerful power-saving device? SCD-ES can salvage some of the heat energy from the system and use it to reheat fresh air before it enters the dehumidification system. The heat energy generated from the electrical power can be optimally utilized.  The drying system can achieve dynamic energy-saving according to material consumption with inverter technology.  The "Golden September" and "Silver October" of production peak season dramatically reduce the customer's power consumption.

In addition to energy-saving and heat energy recycling, we also attach great importance to the heat insulating performance of the equipment. A dehumidifying dryer with excellent heat insulating performance can help enterprises achieve less energy footprint, reduce emissions and increase profits. The enclosure's design is key to heat insulation inside and outside of the drying hopper.

We have designed an efficient layer of insulation structure for the drying hopper of SHD-U, which can distribute the heat evenly, reduce heat loss and improve material mass flow. By increasing incomes and reducing expenditures, the production makes the heat energy more productive.

The energy-saving from the dehumidifying dryer consists of the energy-saving technology.  While for Shini CFC-free Refrigerant Air-cooled Water Chiller and CFC-free Refrigerant Water-cooled Water Chiller used the R410A CFC-free refrigerant. Unlike R22 refrigerant, R410A is CFC-free and ozone-friendly refrigerant.

The SIC-A-R2 adopts the fin-style condenser with excellent heat transfer and cooling effects without cooling water. In contrast, the SIC-W-R2 adopts a tube-in-shell condenser that features quick heat transfer and an amazing cooling effect. While in the cooling solution, Shini CFC-free refrigerant SIC series products offer better cooling capacity and energy efficiency than any other counterparts of the same grade in China.
