To consolidate self-discipline within management level staff and advance their abilities in executive force and coordination, Shini specially arranges two days and two nights outward bound for 127 management staff from Shini Donguan. The training takes place in Xidian training camp, Shenzhen. The training course includes team warm-up, military standing, climbing and building graduation wall”. Every one shows their gratitude for company to provide this opportunity, which gives them a special physical training and enlightens teamwork further. Also thanks to training, all staff will become more willing to assume responsibilities to face many challenges.

The scene of constructing wall is still visible before eyes and it is inspiring and encouraging. All participants are required to climb over a 4.4 meter wall without resorting to any other tools within set time. The team used 38 minutes and 28 seconds to complete the task, incredibly ahead of set time by 52 minutes! This is an astounding achievement for Shini teamwork and outstanding collaboration.

Even now some of us are still stunned by the excellence of wall construction because we know little about how much perspiration team members have devoted to make the height. And we do not know how much members have sustained to support others climbing over in pain. We are informed little on what is impetus to push these team members to finish task so quickly and remarkably. Undoubtedly, the series of training embodies what Shini members strive to work as a team.

Compared to the tough physical training, the everyday routine in company is also the embodiment of teamwork. And the staff who supports the one to construct gradation wall” is generally thought as subordinate colleagues. Likewise, the staff who stands on the top of wall and pull members up to climb is viewed as supervisors. This classification is not absolute and what we are trying to express is that we hope all of members can bring the spirit of teamwork into their daily work in company. Any project or task is hardly finished by a single person, even if he or she is the cream of the crop!

The successful wall climbing event put an end to the two days and two nights training. Although triaining comes to an end, all Shini members take it as the beginning. The difficulties has strongly strengthen the mind and character-building has renewed the soul of trainees. We believe we would fly high as an eagle no matter difficulties.
