2013 Quarter 1 Issue 14 Message from the Chief Editor
Based on its strong technology strength in plastics auxiliary equipment field, Shini can meet various kinds of demands from plastics conveying, dehumidifying and drying; mould heating and cooling; regrinds recycling to color management. Adopt intelligent energy-saving control technology to monitor the material processing, Shini can provide different solutions according to different requirements from the customers. In this issue, we will introduce you the PET preform system solution.
In hot runner system, heaters are used to keep thermoplastic resin in both mold debug phase and production phase always in molten state. Heaters must be installed in the system. Heat compensation is necessary because in the production heat may loss because of dissipation. The temperature in the system must be balanced without peak value. However, the unavoidable dissipation of heat made it too difficult to realize. In a relevantly way, system design and proper choice of materials have deep influence on heat dissipation. To provide simple but effective solutions, the basic knowledge of heat conduction must be taken into consideration. More details please refer to Relationship between Heat Conduction and Heat Loss.
Fakuma 2012 and DMP 2012 have ended completely and successively. In the exhibitions, Shini mainly promoted its energy-saving and environment-friendly auxiliary equipment of new technology and new design, as well as the automation robots series and hot runner series. In the future, Shini will devote more efforts to the R &D of energy-saving and environment-friendly products, increase products quality and professionalize its after-sale service to make Shini a far-reaching brand.
The SS-S Series robot is designed for rapid and precise removal of sprue and runner from injection molding machine, and place them into granulator for recycling. Simple product removal is applicable with optional vacuum generator and EOAT. The robot is suitable for injection molding machine with clamp force below 350 tons.
