Solutions for SGB-200-3-R1 Alarm

Share to:

Problem Description

• Low air pressure as well as safety door failure.
• No material discharging without giving an alarm at runtime.
• Weighing sensor failure.

Trouble Analysis

• It is understood that the air pressure reaches 6 kgf/cm2 under normal circumstances but unstable. Sometimes the air pressure can be as low as 3 kgf/cm2, and will be back to 6 kgf/cm2 shortly (within 1~2 seconds).
• Computer is connected to monitor and finds out that the program is always waiting for the signal denotes completion of mixing which is not reset. This signal is sent out after the shut-off plate of the mixing barrel is closed. The above phenomenon is caused by that the opening time of the shut-off plate (discharging parameter of the mixing barrel) is set to 0.
• The reason of weighing sensor failure lies in that its signal can not be transmitted properly or some errors occur.

Solution

• The program should be modified to set 2-second delay for low-pressure detection in view of the above condition. The same problem still exists while the frequency is greatly reduced. Then adjust the set point of the pressure switch which is located in the main control box of SGB from 4 kgf/cm2 to 2.5kgf/cm2. Low air pressure problem and safety door failure do not occur in the following two days.
• Set the discharging time of the mixing barrel to 2 seconds can avoid this failure.
• Calls for recalibration the weighing sensor.
