The Newly Appointed Export Sales Supervisor- Alan Chen
Alan Chen, the newly appointed export sales supervisor, joined Overseas Business Department of Shini Group Corporation Strategic Center from May 4, 2010. Under the leadership of General Manager Kenny Wu and Assistant General Manager Chris Chang, business management and customer service will be reinforced to supply our agents and customers with completely new experience.
Alan is graduated from Victoria University in Australia as Bachelor of Marketing and Master of Finance and Economics. Being a veteran in machinery sales and services, he has served in Taiwan CNC machinery factory as engineer in the line of overseas business for nearly five years.
Order quantity decreased a lot as the industries have influenced by the global financial crisis in 2008. As the industry revives in 2010, the competitive advantage of Shini is the high price-performance ratio by which rivals are surpassed. As far as Chen concerns, the highest value for customers is to give them more cares, to establish accesses to communicate with management and to take down what is discussed with our customers in order to fully comprehend what they are thinking and concerning and find out the best solutions. With such rigorous attitude, all problems of customers can be solved precisely and efficiently. The customers are reassured because of our intension.
This new challenge is the best affirmation and an unprecedented honor to him since he joined overseas business. The new overseas sales team will provide better services.
