Q1.Please confirm if the SCM master batch dosing unit can be used for a PET Preform injection molding machine. As per customer the Dehumidifying drier is very hot (160℃) and the material is not flowing to the Injection machine via the SCM dozer.
Maybe the masterbatch was melted to result in the material blocked when the temperature is so high up to 160℃.
Q2.It is about SGB 200-4-2R.After we trial in PT with 2 kind material powders. It didn't work. The powder doesn't fall down. The powder was sticky at hopper neck. When we processed recycling material, the same trouble also happens.
please confirm if the gear motors on the hopper of SGB-200-4-2R operate. Its function is to solve the powder sticky to go down smoothly. When SGB works with PET flakes, it should equip with a set of bridge-breaking device and remove the material fender below material hopper for flowing smoothly.
