Today, we’ll showcase a product customized by Shini Group for a Turkish customer: the “One-to-Two” Dehumidifying and Drying System, designed to dry two different types of plastic materials simultaneously.
To meet the customer’s needs for cost control and space optimization, we have innovatively developed the “One-to-Two” Large Dehumidifying and Drying System solution. The dehumidifier, dryers, cyclone separator, and pipeline components are all packaged separately. Inside, shock-proof foam and custom brackets secure the components, while key connections are sealed with protective covers. The outer cartons are clearly marked with the component names, installation sequence, and gravity center labels, fully meeting international moisture-proof and overturn-prevention standards to ensure zero damage during transportation.

Upon arrival in Turkey, the local technical service team followed the custom pipeline diagrams and labels for assembly, ensuring precise alignment of the pipeline and electrical connections. The team then conducted individual function tests and system debugging, setting parameters through the HMI interface to verify the PLC control logic and equipment interlocking functions. This step ensured that all features, including start-stop control, control logic, and dew point monitoring, were functioning correctly.
Finally, the system was successfully commissioned and is now operating smoothly, perfectly meeting the customer’s core need for efficient and streamlined production.
