Shini Fabric-flex Silo is an innovative storage solution engineered for plastic pellets and resin materials. Available in capacities from 2m³ to 24m³, it meets a wide range of storage needs —from small processing workshops to large-scale centralized conveying systems.

Fabric-flex Silo

The silo features a unique combination of a robust steel framework and a high-performance fabric storage bag. The external steel structure provides excellent stability and long-term durability, while the inner fabric bag is made from high-strength, tear-resistant material with breathable and anti-static properties.

This rigid-flexible design combines the structural strength of traditional metal silos with the lightweight advantages of flexible storage systems, offering easier installation, lower maintenance requirements, and greater operational flexibility.


The Fabric-flex Silo can be seamlessly integrated into centralized conveying systems for fully automated operation. Materials are efficiently loaded through vacuum conveying, while optional level sensors and weighing modules provide real-time monitoring of material levels and inventory weight.

All material-contact components are made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure high cleanliness throughout the conveying process, meeting the hygiene requirements of injection moulding production.

Precision Monitoring & Smart Inventory Management

Support optional multi-level and weighing management solution: 

Material level switch (upper and lower points): Monitor full level/shortage status, automatically triggering material replenishment or alarms.

Weighing Module (bottom sensor): Provide real-time display of material weight. Data can be interfaced with factory ERP/MES system to enable precise inventory management and production traceability.


Clean, Hygienic and Environmentally Friendly

Material contact parts: Material inlet and discharge components are made of SUS304 stainless steel, eliminating rust risks and meeting the cleanliness requirements of injection moulding production.

Buffer Storage for Central Conveying Systems


Serving as a buffer silo in large injection moulding workshops, it receives materials from bulk trucks or jumbo bags and conveys them to individual injection moulding machines on demand. This improves conveying efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and stabilizes system pressure.
