    • Motor

      The reducer gear motor is connected to the main shaft via coupling, with fewer torque losses and easy access to blade changing. The motor drives the blade shaft to rotate, so as to crush the materials.

    • Cutting Chamber

      The plastic rejects are broken into small sizes by the larger blades, then sliced into regrind by the unique V shape teeth blade. The teeth blades generate less dust and even distribution of regrind size than the previous model.

    • safety switch

      The extended bolt and nut keep an adequate time delay after the safety switch cuts off the power. It is a personnel safety protection.Twist the star nut and 
      cut off the safety switch for safety protection. 
    SG-14/24/24T Screenless Granulator is suitable for granulating tough, long, or flexible solid sprues for instant and occasional rejects recycling.
    It operates at a low speed to cut materials into well-proportioned granules. As a result of low speed and blade design, there is less dust produced in the cutting process. Multiple safety devices ensure high safety standards. The automatic reverse function ensures continuous operation. The SG-24T series has two gear motors and two cutting chambers to work simultaneously. Besides, multiple options are available to meet different production processes and specific demands.

    The large Staggered blades make the initial cutting, and teeth cutters reduce the materials to a smaller size. Regrinds could be used with virgin materials.

    • SG-14/24T/24N series motor shaft and rotor shaft are connected by shaft coupling thus ensuring  convenient motor replacement.
    • SG-24 series can be set to run at intervals according to the actual demands, saving up to 50% energy.
    • The blade shaft speed of SG-24 series is adjustable (±40%), and the brittle materials can be crushed at low speed to reduce noise, energy consumption and dust content; and soft materials can be crushed at high speed to improve the crushing capability;
    • When motor blockage occurs, the machine will alarm visibly and enable motor to run reversely. It will return to normal operation automatically after the trouble is clear.
    • Compact design, small proofprint for easy cleaning and maintenance. Transparent PC feeding hopper.
    • SG-24 series feed box is equipped with magnet to adsorb iron impurities in the materials.
