SHINI is world-wide famous as the auxiliary equipment manufacturing group with global scale production, possessing five series and more than thousands of kinds of products. To develop and improve so many products, an extremely high requirement is no doubt momentous for R&D management.

As the lifeline for survival and development of Corporation in drastic technology competition, research and development of products take a major stage to the upgrading and updating purpose of generation of production, trial-manufacture, research and conception”, and also play a decisive role in product development direction, product advantage, marketing exploitation and profits enhancement.

 

There is a professional R&D team in SHINI Auxiliary Machine Engineering Center with better education, combination of old and new staff and high quality. New product development is conducted strictly in accordance with ISO R&D Control Process Management in which every new type product would not be put into mass-production until staff fulfill market investigation, case appraisal, samples study and test as well as check and acceptance of samples. Therefore, the products developed by SHINI are all capable of meeting market demand. So for this year we had applied for practical patents of as many as 15 items which attests firmly to reliability of SHINI’s exceptional technology.

 

Sustainable Improvement

We also attach great importance to the sustainable improvement of products while conducting continuous innovation. Quality meeting or evaluation meeting for product improvement would be held immediately when we find products defects or receive client’s response about product partial imperfection with principals and experts being invited to provide relevant solutions to ensure that old products can be undated with market demand. So far, client complaint ratio about product has lowered by 30 percents, comparing with that of at the same period last year. Quality level got an obvious improvement.

For example, English courses are arranged on Wednesday night for us to improve English communication skills; the technology exchange meeting held at the beginning of mouth allows us to share professional abilities through interaction and discussion; the experiences of visiting industry exhibition enable us to understand industrial trends; irregular professional trainings like patent training, Dongcheng refrigeration training and training of Siemens electrical components are also held for us to raise personal capability.
