Water resource and energy shortages are vital factors restricting China's economic development. Water and energy saving is the primary national policy for the sustainable development of China's social economy.

At the current stage of fast-growing science and technology in human history, variable velocity variable frequency technology has been applied on more and more occasions with its low energy consumption and real-time control advantages. Take the water pump, for example, as the fluid has unstable flow and velocity. The traditional water pump doesn't use the variable velocity variable frequency technology; as a result, the water pump runs at constant power once it is started. Besides, the traditional water pump can't be adjusted according to the flow variation, which raises energy consumption. According to relevant experimental data, the energy consumption of a variable velocity variable frequency pump can be reduced by about 50% at most compared with the traditional pump. It is of great significance to energy conservation and emission reduction.


SPG Pump Group


The pump group is used for a centralized water supply system with constant pressure. It applies to machines worked in high power, with considerable flow variation and frequent ON/OFF conditions. The system works with efficiency and offers a noticeable energy-saving result; For example, it can be applied to domestic water demand, water supply for public places, buildings, various water plants, sewage treatment plants, agricultural irrigation, manufacturing and other industrial water, which also can be used for the transformation of water tanks and other forms of water supply.

Energy-saving:  It adopts the self-developed advanced controller and frequency conversion control to set the pipeline pressure according to actual water consumption and automatically controls the pump output to achieve a constant water supply pressure for no water leakage.

Reliable operation:  The frequency converter helps to achieve the soft start of the water pump circulation, and a stable start and stop makes the water pump realize non-shock switching from power frequency to frequency conversion to prevent pipeline impact, pipe pressure exceeding the limit, and pipe rupture, to eliminate the impact of starting current on the power grid. The manual operation system can also be equipped with a soft starter to avoid the power grid impact.

Communication monitoring function:  Equipped with RS485 remote monitoring function, it can monitor parameters such as motor voltage, current, working frequency, pipeline pressure, and flow.

Perfect self-protection function:  The water pump follows the "start first, stop first" principle to realize a uniform water pump's working cycle and prolong its service life; If a pump fails, the system will send an alarm message and automatically start the next pump to maintain water supply; In case of automatic control system failure, the user can directly operate the manual system to ensure the water supply.
